Enjoy a unique enological experience where you will taste eight wines at different stages of evolution, alongside our winemaker. You’ll explore wines in tank, in barrel, and in the bottling process, comparing them with the finished wine to understand how each technique shapes its character. This tasting clearly and accessibly reveals the impact of winery processes on aroma, body, and texture. To conclude, you’ll enjoy two vintages of our Elixir Cordis, considered among the finest wines in Mexico.
